We raised $2.8M in seed funding to accelerate the development of our AI-powered patent monetization platform. The round was led by FundersClub, with participation from Y Combinator, Transpose Platform, Blast, and many more.

Why now

Patent litigation and licensing have historically been bottlenecked by manual, time-intensive work: reading claims, charting evidence, searching prior art, and analyzing potential infringing products. Large language models and modern search infrastructure are now at a point where this work can be automated reliably, not just as rough drafts but as production-quality deliverables.

What we are building

We are building the full-stack patent monetization platform.

From identifying infringement to validating patents and understanding portfolios, we're focused on one thing: monetizing IP.

We're not building better patent search. We're building software that helps patents turn into licensing, enforcement, and revenue.

This funding lets us go deeper across the platform, improving core workflows, expanding coverage, and making patent monetization faster and more scalable.
